Project Description

A large  Duplex of 3060 Sq. Ft for a family of 6 with Brick Stucco work at Aishwarya  Garden, Medavakkam. An interesting thing about this project was as the family  wanted a Gym, we provided it at an intermediate level above the carpark with  access from the same staircase going to the first floor from the ground  floor. Apart from this there was a double height living room of interesting  proportions with a large 2-storey high shaded window.
