Project Description

This stilt plus 2 house has a duplex home in the  first and second floors  for a family of 6 people. The staircase from to the first floor is open but the one from first floor to second floor is enclosed and is accessed from the living  room that has a long shaded entrance verandah on the North. The gable roof covering this verandah gives a unique identity to this house. It is located on the same street in Aishwarya Garden in Medavakkam that also houses Mr. Muthukannan's home that has a similar roofing style.
